What is SCPGC? The SC Planned Giving Council (SCPGC) was formed in 1993 to promote a collaborative effort among members of the non-profit development community and allied professionals (attorneys, accountants, life insurance representatives, financial planners, and trust officers) in serving the charitable, financial, and estate planning needs of donors and clients.
